The following range
of Healing Therapies are available by appointment -
Aromatherapy, Holistic Massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Hopi Ear Candles
and Self-Awareness.
I often include Positive Affirmation work during these treatments.

Holistic Therapies are complementary to orthodox medicine, and not a replacement.
They are safe, enjoyable and relaxing, if done by properly trained therapists. Please see my answers to Frequently Asked Questions below.
They can become preventative health care, as they work on all levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
On your first visit, a free consultation is taken to assess your current state of health and wellbeing, so that I may be aware of any illnesses that you may be experiencing now, or in the past. This is necessary as there may be contra-indications in some areas of the treatments.
On your second visit, we will have a brief chat before treatment and this will give you an opportunity to give me any feedback from the first treatment.

I have the most beautiful Geode (Amethyst Crystal Cave) from Brazil that has been programmed with Reiki and gives out healing to clients when I conduct my various treatments. I often invite my clients to write a personal message for help, or healing, place it in the crystal cave and then I invoke the Angels and Archangels to help with that particular request, which they will do if it is for the highest good of all concerned. There have been some amazing happy results, for which we always remember to give our thanks and gratitude.

I've heard about Reiki. Can I try it first to see if it's right for
me?
A. Just telephone for an appointment to book a
session. There will be a free consultation first and an opportunity
for you to ask questions.

How do I know that I will be able to channel Reiki?
A. It is possible for everyone to channel Reiki.
There are no special skills.
Q.
Do I need to remove any of my clothing to receive a Reiki healing?
A. Only your shoes need to be removed and I often
cover my clients in a nice soft cosy blanket.

Is it all right for me to use essential oils to self-medicate?
A. It is best to seek professional advice before
using oils to self-medicate. See my list of Helpful Hints for some useful
ideas.

Why do you need to know about my medical history?
A. There may be contra-indications if someone has
a medical condition that makes it inadvisable to use certain oils or
have certain treatments, eg pregnancy, diabetes, etc.

You mention contra-indications. What are contra-indications?

A contra-indication is a suggestion that something is inadvisable.

Are you qualified to give me holistic therapy?
A.
Yes, I am fully trained and a member of all the professional associations
shown below. I have also attended many more training courses to develop
my knowledge and skills.

Do you have to have an illness to benefit from holistic therapy?
A.
No, holistic therapy is preventative health care. It aids relaxation
and promotes a stress free life.
Q.
I am interested in becoming a Reiki practitioner. What do I have to
do?
A. I

that I would need major neuro-surgery for which there was a six month
waiting list. I was very stressed and anxious because of my situation
and decided to look for a course of therapy which would prepare me for
the ordeal I was to face.
